1. Service Description

ATPL Freesoft is an educational platform designed for aviation pilot exam preparation. Our services include:

• ATPL question bank access
• Exam simulations
• Progress tracking and statistics
• Free and premium content

2. Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate and current information to create your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized use of your account.

3. Usage Rules

By using our services, you agree to follow these rules:

• Copying, distributing, or using our content for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Sharing questions and answers with third parties is prohibited.
• Attempting to manipulate or hack the system is prohibited.
• Creating fake accounts is prohibited.
• Sharing license codes with unauthorized persons is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in our application (questions, images, software, designs) belongs to or is licensed by ATPL Freesoft. This content is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use may be subject to legal action.

5. Premium Membership

• Premium membership is activated with a license code.
• License codes are valid for a specific duration and usage rights.
• Premium membership fees are non-refundable (except legal requirements).
• Users who misuse premium features may be terminated.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Our content is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee official exam results.
• We are not responsible for any damages that may occur from using the application.
• We provide our services "as is" and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services (internet, device, etc.).

7. Account Cancellation and Termination

• You may request deletion of your account at any time.
• Accounts that violate the terms of service may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time.

8. Changes

We will notify you when we make significant changes to these terms of service. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction in case of disputes.
